The short version

Your files never leave your device. When you compress, convert, or extract audio from a video here, all of the work happens inside your own browser. We never receive, see, copy, or store your files. There is no upload.

What we do not collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store the videos or audio files you process. They stay in your browser's memory on your device and are gone when you close or refresh the tab. Because there is no server doing the processing, there is nothing for us to keep.

What we do collect

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (via Vercel) to understand basic traffic: things like which pages are visited and overall performance. This does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not record anything about your videos. We never collect, upload, store, or inspect your videos, audio, filenames, thumbnails, or file contents, your files are processed entirely on your device and never sent to us.

Standard technical information (such as your browser type and general region) may be logged by our hosting provider as part of serving the website, the same as any website.

Cookies and advertising

If we show ads or use services that set cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent. As of the date above, the tools themselves set no tracking cookies to do their job.

Third parties

The site is hosted on a third-party platform (Vercel), which may process basic technical request data to deliver the site, the same as any website. Fonts are self-hosted and served from this site directly, so loading a page does not send a request to any font provider or other third party. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Children

This site is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
